Specifically, she says over tens millions of citizens in poor countries are under risk to move because of calamities. The environmental refugees shifts to major cities and tax exchequer. The author points out that the shifts to Dhaka the capital of Bangladesh have become constant, also it's poor neighborhood are weak to global warming. In addition, a large number of the environmental refugees stay in risky slums. Then, Kakissis goes on writing with personal experiences. The people are hope to help by International Organization. Finally, the environmental refugees wish to return to their hometown but they don't have enough money.
